Eligibility

Filmmakers must be eighteen years (18) old.

Applicants must own and be proficient with a high-quality digital video camera. Professionals: late-model professional or prosumer cameras. Students and amateurs: late-model prosumer or consumer cameras. (Please note: We do not accept alternative cameras such as Flips or cell phones.)
